Customers with high ratings frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and detailed communication provided by technicians during pest control and termite inspections. They often highlight the staff's knowledge and friendly demeanor, noting that appointments are kept and explanations are thorough. Conversely, lower-rated reviews cite issues with unexpected arrivals without prior contact, incomplete inspections, and a lack of follow-up communication regarding service results or billing concerns.

I was so happy they came, gave best news, very, very, helpful. And was just the best. They don't deserve 5 stars. They need 50 stars for all the information and work. Thank you so much. Please let Mr. Keith and his trainee continue with you. They make a great access to your company.

The representative that came out to service our home was very nice. When he came up he introduced his self . Then he proceeded to explain what he was going to do. Step but step. He did a great job . Before he left he explained that someone would come back out after 10 days and look over the house to see what our next step would be . Great Job!!
