Horrible service

I am so happy I worked with Angela and Lisa. Lisa especially went above and beyond to answer my numerous questions and submit my green card application before the New Year's. There was a moment when my situation significantly changed, and Angela got on a phone call with me and explained what the new circumstanced meant to me and how I could navigate them. From the very beginning of my work with them, Angela's office stood out of other law firms: they are very personable, my initial inquiry got a quick response and the engagement letter was generated extremely quickly. All in all, they are a rare combo of meticulousness, friendliness, and efficiency. I am so glad I chose to work with them. I had a very disappointing experience with Komal Sahi at Adams Immigration Law. I paid $180 for a consultation regarding my complex I-485 case, but it was a complete waste of money. If the platform allowed it, I would give a -100 rating. Not only was her legal advice 100% incorrect, but she showed zero interest in my case and no empathy toward the stress my family was facing. Instead of helping, she used scare tactics—telling me my case was 'not approvable' and that I could face deportation. It was clear she is just a person with a law degree but zero knowledge about actual immigration law or the protections (like Section 245(k)) that applied to me. She refused to refund my fee even after her assessment proved to be totally wrong. Thankfully, I worked with John Broyles (BKR Immigration Attorneys) instead. John is a true expert who was professional, empathetic, and highly prepared. He attended the interview with me the very next day, and I was approved on the spot. Do not waste your money with Komal Sahi; if you want a lawyer who actually understands the law and cares about their clients, go see John Broyles.
