They found the problem and they repaired the pump with our water system in just a few minutes. They kept their word about the approximate time they would be available and when they would be arriving. They followed-up with a courtesy call of when they were on their way to our home to check our water system. Honest, fast, and reliable service! Tuesday night our well went out. I called that evening and left a message. Early Wednesday morning they called me back. They were at my house around 1:30 and had us up and running in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them for any well service.

I called to get someone to fix my momma’s well. I was told everyone was out working on other jobs but when someone came back to the office she would send them out to my location. She had the address on file from when they drilled the well over twenty years ago. I received a call later that same afternoon and she let me know she had a couple of guys on the way. They got to my mom’s at 3:45 and found the issue in ten minutes. The issue was a wire three inches long. They also said the wires going to the pump was damaged and the pump was over its life expectancy. Since they had to pull the pump to replace the wires in the well we decided to change the pump and the other component, I can’t remember what he called it, so we wouldn’t have to worry about them going out at an inconvenience time as life usually happens. The guys had everything changed and left before 5:30. I was impressed. They even had to move the roof on the well house and replaced it. Seriously can’t express how grateful I am for the quick response and how fast they had everything replaced and the water working. I do everything I can to take care of my momma, and when I need to get someone out there to work on something I get anxious knowing most companies will take advantage of people. I did my homework before call Adams-Massey. They had the best reviews. That and the fact that they put the well in made my decision easy. I will reach out to them if I ever need help with the well again. Highly recommend.

came out the same day I called to check pump. Rebuilt pump instead of replacing because they said the pump was good .
