After having several technicians inspect the heating system at our business without being able to fix the problem, we contacted Andrew’s, and they provided excellent service. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most importantly, they were able to solve the issue that others couldn’t. Attention Home Owners! Do Not use this business!! I had a water valve code error. Got it install nothing works! Just paid for that job! Now it ls a O ring problem. That didnt work also now its a Control board issue! Paid for that also still nothing works! No heat and Hot water for over 18 days!! Over $2k spent in labor just to tell me i need a whole New system! With another $2900 for labor! This company is a Ripp Off! I call Michael Russo plumbing got it repaired within 24hrs..

We understand your frustration with being without heat and hot water, especially after paying for repairs. We’re sorry for the disruption you experienced. We do want to clarify the work performed on your three-year-old Rinnai system. Our technicians worked directly with Rinnai technical support, following their diagnostic and repair instructions. That process included replacing the control board, gas valve, three-way valve, pressure sensor, and wiring harness. Each of these replacements were directed by Rinnai’s technical team. After those repairs did not resolve the issue, Rinnai offered to supply an entire replacement unit under warranty. The replacement quote was for the labor involved in removing and installing the equipment, not for purchasing a new system. Warranty coverage for parts or replacement equipment does not necessarily cover the associated labor; additional repairs would also have involved labor charges. We would welcome the opportunity to review what ultimately resolved the problem alongside our service records and Rinnai’s recommendations. Please email [email protected] Attn Joe & Brian.
