Customers consistently praise the crew for punctuality, friendly communication, and thorough cleaning of both interior and exterior surfaces. Many note competitive pricing and professional conduct, including careful handling of property and attention to detail. However, some reviews criticize the company for leaving flyers on properties with no solicitation signs and failing to return phone calls for quotes, indicating occasional lapses in customer service responsiveness.
