Adler Therapy Group

My son started speech and feeding therapy with Adler when he was 1.5 barely talking and eating just about nothing at all. He’s now turning three next week and after a year and an half of therapy he speaks at his age level and eats just about anything! When we first started, Stephanie was the biggest help and found us the two most perfect therapists we could’ve ever imagined! I owe so much to Chloe and Kelsey. They’ve truly become family and the love and care they have for this career is so apparent. We’re beyond thankful for Adler’s services and wouldn’t be where we are today without Chloe and Kelsey!!

I started with Avi at Adler Therapy Group after having surgery on a tendon in my arm in June. When I started I was unable to pretty much anything with my right arm. Fast forward to now and I have regained use and strength in my arm that I have not had in over 10 years. Avi explained all exercises and the reasons behind them. I saw both him and Michelle in office and both were great. And I feel better than I have since I was in my 20s. I can't say thank you enough

The two therapists, Christine and Tiffany, were an absolute PLEASURE to work with! They made my rehabilitation process a fun, yet productive experience. The professionalism and commitment that both these young ladies share is second to none.

Great OT personnel with resources and good communication. Wish they had more locations closer to where I live.

My son is currently seeking speech therapy services from Adler Therapy Group in Suffolk and have been for almost 6 months. He is almost 11 years old and also used their service for about a year when he was around 6 years old. I can say that the quality of services and care for the patients and parents have diminished greatly. The progress montioring is only every 6 months which gives very little updates on his progress. Requesting paperwork is beyond frustrating since you have to request it through email and wait for weeks to get a response. I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone that wants to follow and track their child's progress or expects good communication from their speech therapist group.

I’m a single parent my car broke down then I had issues with Medicaid transportation. I had to cancel and reschedule several appointments. I explained the ongoing issues and the trouble I was having. Someone from their office called talked down to me and was very condescending. Literally talked to me as if I was a child they were scolding. Then threatened to remove my autistic child from receiving therapy service if I ever had issues again. I cancelled all future appointments and am seeking help for my child elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this occupational therapy facility. Avi was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout my visits. Avi made me feel comfortable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided excellent care and guidance. I truly appreciate the attention, dedication, and support I received. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for occupational therapy, and I want to thank Avi for making my experience a positive one!

Excellent team at the Bayside office. They are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The relaxed friendly atmosphere made working sore hips enjoyable. The small team and limited number of clients made me feel special. I was especially impressed with Alexis. She pays close attention to form and tolerance and made sure i was using correct techniques and not over-doing it. I highly recommend this group over the other PT services I have used in the past.

Michal, Adult OT @ Newtown location is ALWAYS courteous, caring, upbeat and sensitive to my elder needs. She is professional and an asset to Adler.
