My tech Alex, was personable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and then did a walk-through with me to show me the areas of dry rot that need repair. He also explained what factors contributed to the damage.
Jeff’s friendly professionalism and thorough inspection made my day. It’s his kind of service and attention to detail that kept my parents and then me on board with Admiral at the same house since 1965.
Super happy with the level of detail of the technicians, Salvador in this case, as well as the communication and follow up. It is important to clean up and secure the property upon leaving and they always do that as well. He provided an honest assessment, pointed out some issues and was cognizant of my dogs and special requests .
