From the consultation onward, they made me feel completely comfortable and thoroughly explained where and why they were injecting. The process was virtually painless, and I had minimal bruising afterwards. It took about 5 days to fully kick in, and the results look completely natural—I just look refreshed rather…
Came in for my first ever Botox treatment ended up getting Xeomin by Mandy who was so light handed I barely felt anything. Everyone in the office was professional, knowledgeable and kind, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment!
I will only go to advanced aesthetics for my injections. The staff is fantastic and the injectors are well-educated and trained with what they do.
Mandy is very good! Thank you for taking care of me 😍
I was so hesitant about getting injections in my jaw for TMJ but I finally made the right decision. Every single person from the moment I walked in was so pleasant. I also appreciated the time taken to explain my options. I definitely will return.

First I’d like to say I will probably return for future treatment, but to someone else. I went on March 26 for the Botox event. This was only my second visit there and it had been almost 2 years since my last visit. When I was first taken back in the room I had a girl tell me to sign something. I read it over,…

I had been going to Jeff at Advanced Aesthetics for many years and recently returned after not seeing him since 2024. I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else again. This is the best place for injectables in Vegas. After getting botched lip filler from another awful place, the artists at Advanced Aesthetics were able to dissolve and reinject my lips to perfection. I will never let anyone other than Bernie do any type of injectables to my face ever again. Skill and experience…
