Jesse from Advanced Homes did a wonderful job presenting and explaining the different water softener products available to us. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all of the questions my wife and I had. Ive never had a water softener before and was skeptical of it because I was never fully on board with getting one. That was until Chuck came by. We had just closed on our new house the day prior when he came by and introduced himself. It wasnt a great time to talk with everything we had going on, but Chuck wasnt pushy as compared to other solicitors we've had. He said it wasnt a problem, gave me his card, and went on his way. A few weeks later, Chuck comes by again and we were able to go over more about the whole water softener business, this time with my wife there. After some talking, I finally agreed to the whole deal and we got to work. Throughout the whole paperwork process, Chuck was honest and his charisma made it more like I was talking to an actual person instead of a salesman. We got everything squared away and was able to have someone come by within the hour to get it installed. This is where Chris and Nathan came in. While they installed the water softener, we just talked more about the whole softener process and what would be needed on my end. Chris gave me some tips on what salt to use to refill it as well. All in all, Im always happy to support Veteran run businesses, but I will 100% recommend Advanced Homes to anyone just from my experience with Chuck, Chris, and Nathan!
