Always a Great Job by Dave Swehla Service Technician . .
I have been using this company for over 20 years (back when they were Roseville Pest Control), They do a great job and they even fertilize my trees every year.
I had used Advanced IPM for many years. I tried a different service and was very disappointed. I have returned to Advanced IPM as I realized they were the best all along! Glad to be back for professional, reliable, friendly service. Ben has always been my provider and he has been awesome over all these years!

Dave Swehla is amazing. Does such a good job with our service anytime something comes up i get a response with 5 minutes and resolved within that day 10/10 service.
Dave is the best technician! I love seeing him if I’m home when he comes to do my service. Very helpful, personable, and willing to explain everything! I’ve definitely noticed less ants and spiders around my house, and when I was doing the white fly treatment for my plants, the plants didn’t develop all the cobwebs during the summer.
For 26 years I have been a customer of Advanced Integrated Pest Management. Dave S. Has been our technician forever! He is amazing. He's always professional, on time, and makes sure the gate and doors are always locked before he leaves as we have dogs. Thanks Dave for all you do!
Joey does an amazing job helping to get rid of our rodents & pests! He was very kind, hard working, & we are grateful for the work he does. Thank you Joey for doing such an awesome job!
Dave does a spectacular job. I will use him always for my pest control services because he checks in on us and always gives us a benefit of the doubt we think of him as family.
My technician is Dave Swelha and he’s been doing routine servicing for years. He always calls me ahead of time and arrives when he says he will. If I have any issues prior to the next scheduled service, he will come over and take care of the problem. If it’s not something he can do, he recommends the kind of…

I’ve had Advanced IPM since I purchased my first home in 2002, back when they were Roseville Pest Control. Always professional, courteous service that is competitively priced. Top notch.
We've had been help us for many years. He's always been respectful of my family, dog and the treatment of my home. He is the best out there. Reliable, honest and timely. Keeps the ants away and all the other pests. I would recommend Ben and Advanced IPM as my first, second and third person!

Scott always phones ahead of time to let me know he's on his way. That way I can unlock the side gate. He's always on time, does a great job and is really friendly. Thank you, Scott!
My service representative always asks if I have any new issues and the status of issues we may be working on. Very respectful and always addresses any concerns and questions I have regarding my service. He is very thorough in his work. This is by far the best pest control service I have ever hired. Thank you Mac and others at IPM.
I was having major ant problems. Called Scott who I understood had a new route, and he came the next day and took care of the problem. He would have come same day, but I wasn’t home. Great customer service on his part! Glad he’s my tech.
Love working with Advanced! Mike and Gabriel are always super responsive and do such a great job. Wouldn't trust our home to anybody else!
Austin provides very prompt and thorough service. I would recommend him and Advanced IPM to anyone.
Steven Westover went the extra mile with his service today. I am very pleased with his performance and he answered all the questions I had (and I had a lot). He made me feel confident about signing up with an ongoing service.
Jordan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained the many services offered by your agency efficiently, and he answered all of our "bug" questions. I will definitely recommend his to my family and friends.

Michael Strong is amazing! Would reccommend highly to anyone looking for the best in Pest Control!
My technician, Matthew Barbier, was courteous and very pleasant to work with. There was no hesitation when I asked him to check the rat/mouse traps that had been set up in my garage. He was very thorough with the job he was doing..
Jake is our new Pest Guy and he is very friendly, helpful and professional! He responds immediately to our requests! Our former Tech retired and I was wondering if anyone would take as good care of us as Eric did. Jake has been AMAZING!!! and I feel like he wants to take as good care of us as Eric did! He gets 5 gold stars from us!
Ben is the best. Will not speak with a competitor because of Ben
Atrocious flea outbreak made me run to my work that also used this service to call them. I knew that there are non-toxic solutions and with only one application indoors and outdoor inspections thereon, I had no more worries and no wasp problems in the summer.
Mike is always friendly when making his service calls.
We are bug and insect free. Ronny does a great job for us. Highly recommend
We have used Advanced IPM for over 30 years, they are always trusted to address any area I find to be a problem, very thorough inspection before spraying, and respectful of our puppy’s to greet them and say “hello”.
