My service representative always asks if I have any new issues and the status of issues we may be working on. Very respectful and always addresses any concerns and questions I have regarding my service. He is very thorough in his work. This is by far the best pest control service I have ever hired. Thank you Mac and others at IPM.

My technician, Matthew Barbier, was courteous and very pleasant to work with. There was no hesitation when I asked him to check the rat/mouse traps that had been set up in my garage. He was very thorough with the job he was doing..

Jake is our new Pest Guy and he is very friendly, helpful and professional! He responds immediately to our requests! Our former Tech retired and I was wondering if anyone would take as good care of us as Eric did. Jake has been AMAZING!!! and I feel like he wants to take as good care of us as Eric did! He gets 5 gold stars from us!

This company quickly fixed a long term gopher problem that neither I nor another company (a national chain) could solve. The technician, Mac, was terrific, always pleasant and thorough. I am so impressed with this company and highly recommend it.
