NIck, the owner was probably pretty good as he gave me a reasonable quote right on the phone! But, his installer Alex WAS GREAT! Within 30 seconds of seeing my dad's current installation: not earthquake proof, gas vent elbows are 90 degrees and rusting, the water in&outlets are stiff copper, not flex ... also, the water tank had a small leak! He made everything to code, while Sean arrived with added parts to complete the job. You got a great crew, Nick.
Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We’re glad Alex and Sean could work together to make sure the water heater installation was safe and up to code. We appreciate your kind words about our team and will be sure to pass along your compliments to everyone, including Nick!
