The pricing for gutter cleaning was fair, but the overall experience confusing. Advanced advertises itself as a family-owned business, yet as soon as I submitted an estimate request, I was contacted by Ned’s Home. The salesman aggressively tried to upsell additional services, and a Ned’s Home truck and crew ultimately performed the work.
The roof looks cleaner, but with a two story home, it’s difficult to verify the gutters. I was disappointed that the inspection report included no photos of the completed work. Instead, it focused on approximately $2,600 worth of additional services they wanted to sell me.
I understand recommending additional maintenance, but I wish there had been more focus on documenting the work I actually paid for rather than constant upselling. The branding between Advanced and Ned’s Home also feels misleading.

Jason power washed our side and rear patio and the driveway this afternoon. Everything looks “new” again. He even returned the patio furniture to its original position.
