Alex was very professional, thorough, helpful, and an overall nice guy. He even went above and beyond and called me on a Sunday when he was not working. I highly recommend his group for all your inspection needs.
Imagine your worst nightmare about your inspection come true. That is what happened to me and my sister with this company. We called Mary the day that we went in contract for our property and provided the detail of the property. She had Alex, the husband, call us back and gave us a price and a 3-day lead time which was reasonable. So we decided to hire them. We asked take to send us the contract and invoice. After 2 days of follow up we finally received the contract the night before our inspection. And guess what? The price was 30% higher than what was originally mentioned. After calling Alex and bring this up to his attention, he said he will check on this and call us back. In 20 min or so, we get a call from Mary who started screaming and told us anything nasty that came out of her month with raciest comments. She told us that we are lying to get a discount. We tried to calm her to have a conversation but she kept screaming and cursing us. We ended up hanging up in a complete shock and disappointment. Now what? We have our inspection tomorrow and we have to start Looking for somebody decent who can make it there in less than 24 hours. When we told about how unacceptable their behavior was, they sent us an apologetic text, but that wouldn’t help us with a delayed inspection.

As a agent I usually call Adv Grp for home Insp for last 10+ years and they never disappointed me. They are on time and very detailed. They explain everything to me and the buyer. I definitely recommend Them
The inspector, Clark, could not have been in more of a hurry to leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
i have to change my review, this inspector missed major stuff during my house inspection. my tub was not connected to any pipes and it was releasing all the water straight into the ground under the house for over 6 months. The plumber could not believe this was missed
I would Higly recommend Advanced property Inspection. They were on time and provided my client a home inspection report the next day. They were able to answer all of our questions with no waiting time I gave them five stars because of their excellent customer service!! THANK YOU!!
