Austin is always great. Friendly, gets the job done and always makes time for our endless questions. He's great at educating us about the situation and what we can do to minimize it happening again. Austin is very friendly and professional. He is very meticulous in checking the poison for the mice. He is meticulous with checking if there are any signs of activity. Keith, the service technician came over to inspect our house for a mouse problem. He checked the outside of the house and found a few places that could be points of entry. He sealed these places and put out poison stations outside and inside the house. I feel confident that he will solve our rodent problem.
