We did a kitchen/bath remodel with Advantage that included all new maple cabinets with custom stain, Cambria quartz countertops, beverage bar with lighted shelving, decorative vertically run tile backsplash in the kitchen and above the beverage bar, main bathroom refresh, all new paint, new lighting plus LVP flooring throughout our condo in Muskego. We had a PHENOMENAL experience with Advantage and not sure if we can adequately express how great the project went! We met with 3 design/general contractors last summer and by far we felt the most comfortable with Greg and the rest of the ADR team because of their knowledge, meticulous approach to the project and their transparency in the cost of things! We have built 3 homes over the years plus remodeled 2 homes out of state, so we have a lot of experience dealing with contractors, judging their experience, customer service and communication and ADR was heads above everyone else we talked to! During the design phase we worked with Casey and Michaela who were awesome! Casey had so many ideas and always tried to improve upon the initial design presented plus her knowledge of the designing a kitchen was invaluable. Michaela did a fantastic job on the 3D renderings and plans! She was always quick to get the changes out to us to review. It made a huge difference to make changes and confirm what our remodel would look like. Casey and Michaela's attention to detail was spectacular during the design phase! Using a general contractor that had an in house design team was invaluable to how happy we are with the end result! ADR respected what our budget was and worked with us to keep costs down however getting the remodel and quality that we wanted. They truly wanted the customer to be happy and not just seeing dollar signs. We also loved that ADR had a contractor walk through our condo with all of the subcontractors that they use to discuss the project. It was wonderful to meet the subcontractors ahead of time. They were all top notch and very professional. ADR uses a project management software to communicate with all involved which for us worked really well since we were not living in our condo during the remodel. We could see the schedule, view pictures of the progress and get daily reports of the work done. Truly a key part of the remodeling process. Noah as our project manager was all over the project keeping us informed and happy to answer any of our questions. Noah was our lifeline doing our remodel long distance and kept us informed! We so trusted ADR and they really came through for us! We did have a couple of minor snafus during the project however things were identified, communicated asap and things were rectified in a timely manner. We appreciated how things were handled! The quality of the cabinets, flooring, Cambria quartz countertops, painting etc. exceeded our expectations and everything was expertly installed. We are thrilled with the outcome! Last but not least is that is we wanted to mention that all of the ADR team are top notch individuals all the way from Greg, Andy, Casey, Michaela, Noah and Carla! These are stellar people and have been fantastic to work with! They were like our family during the process! All in all, everyone and everything exceeded our expectations with Advantage Design and Remodel! I had problems loading pictures so only a couple. We worked with Advantage Design + Remodel (AD+R) on our kitchen remodel and had a great overall experience. After researching contractors for over two years and meeting with several, AD+R immediately stood out. Greg, one of the owners, spent nearly an hour with us during a free in-home consultation, listening carefully to our goals, budget, timeline, and design ideas. His focus on detail, craftsmanship, and fit made us feel at ease from day one. Although it was more than we wanted to spend, we felt the experience, craftsmanship, working relationship and detail orientation would be well worth it. We met with Casey for design, who was fantastic. She helped us rethink layouts, storage, and functionality, walking through where everything would live in the kitchen. She also translated our Pinterest inspiration into actual lighting and material selections and went above and beyond to source samples so we could see everything in person. Andy, our project manager and co-owner, provided regular walkthrough videos and updates through JobTread, which was incredibly helpful when we weren’t home. He was always responsive by phone, text, or the platform. The trades were professional, kind, and exceptionally clean — even vacuuming our temporary basement living space during flooring work. Like any remodel, there were some hiccups. A local cabinet maker (new to AD+R) caused a delay, leaving us without cabinet doors and drawers for about four weeks. Andy and Greg met with us personally, addressed our concerns and frustrations, and worked with us to get the project to the finish line, which we truly appreciated. JobTread was helpful for tracking progress, though it had some limitations. When we shared feedback, the team was very open to it. Our recommendations for anyone remodeling: - Pay professionals to paint — They have the skills, materials, TIME and expertise to get the job done extremely well and timely. - Use the company’s recommended appliance sales contacts. We did not and it became more of a hassle. - If choosing Cambria Quartz, go see the full slabs in person. Seeing them in person caused us to change our mind with our selection. - Use painter’s tape to map layouts. - If choosing stained cabinets, ask to see a picture of a full kitchen example by the cabinetmaker to set expectations. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Advantage Design + Remodel and would absolutely recommend them. We look forward to using AD+R again for future renovations!

Advantage Remodel made the entire process easy and stress free. All team members I worked with were knowledgeable in their area of expertise, communicate all updates in a timely manner, and were respectful of my choices regarding the remodel. Additionally when work was done, my home was left clean or permission was asked to store a small amount of equipment. After the remodel was completed I was very satisfied with the work they did.

I had Advantage Design/Remodel update my kitchen in my condo in Elm Grove. It was easy to work with Greg, Casey and Andy. They are professionals, communications was great, always received a quick response. They listened to my ideas and offered suggestions and worked within my budget. They said two weeks to install and all work was completed. I absolutely love my new kitchen. A+ rating.

I had Advantage completely remodel my basement. Their timeline was exactly as they said it was going to be from start to finish. They were able to handle changes in design that I threw at them with out missing a beat. Casey, as a designer, was extremely helpful and even worked for us when she was extremely ill. Greg was a big help in the set up stages and talked me off the ledge with the budget, kids seem to like him as well. Andy was a great communicator with the job progress, made sure everyone stuck to the timeline, and a sauna enthusiast. I wanted to make sure to call to attention all the key employees that made a stressful endeavor more fun. They did a great job and could not be more satisfied with the service they provided.

Our initial visit with ADR was with Greg in their studio where all aspects of our project were discussed and explained in detail. We were looking to replace two bathroom vanity tops with high quality Cambria quartz. Our project was very simple compared to the renovations ADR usually is involved in, but we were treated to the same professional attention given to their more lucrative endeavors. Greg was in constant contact with us about the scheduling of our job and kept us informed as to when the material was avaliable for installation. The crew was very respectful of our property and completed the project in short order. The finished product is stunning and adds value to our home. We made the right choiice by using ADR and will recommend them to all.

Did my due diligence before hiring a company to remodel 2 bathrooms in our New Berlin condo. AD&R checked all the boxes. From the minute Greg came out to look at our project, we knew AD&R was exactly what we were looking for. They laid everything out for us and made the entire process seamless. Estimated time for completion was 6-8 weeks; it was finished in 7 weeks. Using an app called “JobTread”, we were kept informed of every single development. We were able to communicate through the app, and someone from AD&R would respond within hours. Andy and Casey were great to work with. No questions or concerns were too small. The subcontractors they employ are amazing…professional, considerate of our time and our home, and are true craftsmen. The tile guy pulled every river rock off the sheet and laid it by hand so it would fit nicely (see pic). The adage “you get what you pay for” certainly holds true. The entire AD&R team is THE BEST. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My wife and I worked with Advantage Design + Remodel on a large basement remodel that included a bathroom, bedroom, wet bar, and more. With such a large project, we wanted to make sure that whatever contractor we selected was going to be there every step of the way and make sure the final project was exactly what we were dreaming about. From the very start, the Advantage team listened to our needs and incorporated them into beautiful designs for what our basement would look like. We were able to “walk” through 3D renderings of the final space and make changes to different elements like countertops or faucets, which gave us the confidence we needed that the space was going to be perfect. When the project kicked off, Andy and the team made sure that we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. The different teams they brought in for electrical, plumbing, or carpentry were so well orchestrated and professional, they all felt like a natural extension of the team. These teams would even go out of their way to help answer questions for me about different components and even went so far as to tape up an outline for where a TV would go so I could measure and get a feel for the final sizing. If there was ever a change to the schedule or we had a request, Andy was on it immediately and I felt like he sincerely cared about our experience. The final project was exactly like the design we had gone through with the Advantage team and it was the perfect addition to our house. We’ve got a private bedroom for out-of-town guests, a full bathroom that everyone raves about, and the perfect family room for movies and football. The kids love playing in the basement now and all the little details that were included really make the space “ours”. With a large remodel, there is always going to be some concern about the size and scope of the project. I can say from personal experience that Advantage Design + Remodel is the perfect partner for these projects. From start to finish they brought a care and professionalism that gave us confidence that we had a partner in this project and the end result was going to be something truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
