Shannon was fantastic and went the extra mile to give us peace of mind with the results of our first badly needed treatment. We haven't had any insect control in several months after we discontinued our service with our previous company and then procrastinated finding a new company. I had noticed a lot of spiders in the basement the past month or so and we have friends coming to visit next week, so I asked Shannon if he could also spot treat the basement (in addition to doing the outside) to help ensure the basement was comfortable for our friends, and he took care of it, no problem. Very happy so far with this new company, Advantage Peat Management. Easy to get a hold of them and you can actually talk with the crew members when they arrive. So far would highly recommend the company and Shannon.

James did a great job during his work at our house. He discussed the entire scope of work to be done. We walked the house fully so I could explain our concerns. He was fully informative as he completed a specific part of the house and was moving to the next part. He did all the work we agreed upon. Super friendly gentleman. Easy to talk to and I felt he cared about the issues we are concerned about with our property and wanted to make things right for us.

Taylor was friendly, knowledgeable and provided an excellent experience. My situation ended up being a false alarm. Taylor, conducted a thorough search of the home’s interior and exterior to verify there were no signs of rodent activity. All is well, great and honest service. Thank you Taylor.
Abel was very knowledgeable, explained how the treatment works, and what to look for over the next 3-4 days. We will follow his instructions regarding when we will be able to move the planter box he treated so our project can move forward.
