Google reviewers rate Adventure City 4.7 out of 5, noting that the park offers short ride wait times, free parking, and affordable admission suitable for young children. While visitors frequently praise the friendly staff and clean grounds, recurring criticisms include high food prices, limited ride variety, and unclear arcade pricing that can deplete game cards rapidly. Additionally, some guests reported safety concerns regarding ride restraints and unprofessional staff during private event planning, though the owner has not replied to any reviews.

Our first time visiting this park. We got tickets for the Halloween boofest and it is one of the best Halloween events for kids in the LA/OC area. Pumpkin patches are getting outrages these days with entrance fees and prices for rides. Everything is included here. Tickets sell out fast but def worth it. The park entrance is capped so it never feels crowded. Wait times for rides are never more than 10 min. Our 3 and 6 year old loved it! They said it was the best day ever. The trick or treating neighborhood attraction was a super cool surprise and we got a ton of candy!
Also the staff were amazing. Super friendly, helpful and made the experience even better. The girl who led the dance party was awesome! Brought the energy and the kids loved it.
Our first time Adventure city we had the best time ever my kids had some much fun getting on all the rides with no long wait times. The little farm was a great experience as well the arcade.
I was on the ride that drops called drop zone a few years ago I’m making a review now because I never got the chance to when it happened.. The young female that was supposed to make sure our seats were locked & secure didn’t check mine so I was on that ride the entire without the lap bar being secure I had to hold on to the person next to me the entire time so I wouldn’t slip out ! To make things worse when I had told her my lap bar was never locked she didn’t care or say apologize so I asked to speak to a supervisor & I got the same reaction no apology no concern nothing just a blank stare and that’s it I don’t suggest anyone giving this place business especially the way they handled the situation I could of fell out the bottom any child could of ..being that none of the employees cared is more sick knowing freak accidents happen on rides and could be prevented
My sons have my grandkids birthday parties at Adventure City. We have so much fun and makes me feel like a kid ! Weekdays are not crowded at all ! Best time to go . Highly recommended!
Terrible experience – completely untrained and unprofessional staff
I recently hosted a joint birthday party for my two sons here, and the experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing due to the poor management and untrained staff. The issues started weeks before the event. For two weeks straight, the staff called me almost every single day to harass me about my RSVP list, claiming I had too many people. When the day of the party actually arrived, we had the exact right number of people for the room size. Despite having extra seating available at the tables, the staff stubbornly refused to provide extra plates, napkins, or cups for our guests. Because it was a double birthday party, I brought two separate sets of balloons—one for each of my sons. Without asking me, the staff lumped them all together into one single set. I explicitly told them I wanted the balloons attached to the stroller cars my sons were being pushed in, but they ignored my instructions entirely and just took them straight to the party room. The food service was equally disastrous. Following the staff’s own recommendations, I ordered extra food to ensure everyone was fed. However, instead of serving it, the staff literally guarded the food in the corner of the room, completely ignoring the fact that guests might want extra. Because they chose not to serve it, I was left with a massive amount of leftovers, while several of my guests didn't even get to eat. To make matters worse, they started clearing the food away entirely without asking me or checking if anyone else wanted more. To top it all off, the staff started aggressively rushing us out of the party room when we clearly still had 20 minutes left in our time slot. The lack of communication, care, and basic hospitality ruined what should have been a special celebration for my sons. I spent a lot of money here and followed their recommendations, only to be treated with zero respect. I would not recommend booking an event here.
