I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Phoebe at AE Events for A+G's wedding just last week. As a stationery designer you dream of clients like A+G, but planners wow Phoebe is one of a kind <333 Let's do it again!

I recently got to work with AE Events, Phoebe and Melissa on a large event at the John F Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum. They were a great joy to work with throughout the event. I felt that from the beginning they created a team mentality and worked with us to assure that their vision was well communicated and that the technology was in place to properly to execute the experience.

I work as an Event Sales Manager at a high-volume venue where I work with many planners. Phoebe Allen makes the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and fun. Phoebe was incredibly organized, professional, and responsive. She kept communication with her couple streamlined, always responded to emails in a timely manner, and made sure I had everything I needed from the venue’s perspective well in advance. That level of organization makes such a difference when you're working in a fast-paced environment! I absolutely loved working with Phoebe and the AE Events team! As a wedding vendor, working alongside a planner who is organized, communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely kind makes such a difference, and AE was all of those things. AE Events helped plan a surprised birthday weekend for my husband's 30th. From start to finish they did not miss a thing, communication was easy and they were so responsive, their ideas were beyond what I could have ever thought of myself, and their productive of the event truly was amazing. There was also absolutely no stress for me, I got to enjoy the whole weekend because I knew they had everything under control. I could not recommend AE Events more, and will be using Phoebe and the team for all of our future parties.

I recently had the opportunity to work closely with Phoebe, Courtney, and their team on a large and very detailed 30th birthday celebration, and I cannot say enough about the experience. From the planning stages through the final execution, their professionalism, organization, communication, creativity, and attention to detail were exceptional. This was an event with an incredible number of moving parts, vendors, last-minute adjustments, and details that all needed to come together seamlessly, and they handled it all with confidence, flexibility, and an amazingly positive attitude. What impressed me most was that they didn’t simply coordinate the event; they genuinely cared about its success and about the people involved. When something needed to be handled, they handled it. When plans changed, they adapted. And when things became hectic, they remained calm, organized, and focused on finding solutions. As an Estate Manager, I work with many different vendors and professionals, and I have very high expectations when it comes to communication, follow-through, and attention to detail. This team exceeded those expectations and was an absolute pleasure to work alongside. The end result was an incredible and memorable weekend for the family and their guests, and that doesn’t happen by accident. It takes an enormous amount of work behind the scenes, and Phoebe, Courtney, and their team were a major part of making it all happen. I first met Phoebe at Engage! Summits back in 2024, and we’ve had the opportunity to stay connected through local WIPA and industry events ever since. It was so special to finally have the chance to work together on such a truly epic event! AE Events' creativity, attention to detail, and execution were unmatched. Every element was thoughtfully considered, creating an exceptional experience not only for the guests, but for the creative partners involved as well.
