We recently bought a condo in Ft. Myers which had undergone mold remediation. We hired Aeret Restoration to restore the damage done from the mold and to remodel other parts of the condo to our specifications. They were fantastic to work with! Zac and Tony headed up their team and were professional, very easy to work with and offered us many good ideas. We always felt that they had our backs. Aeret's price was a little above other estimates we got but the extra cost was well worth it. We highly recommend you give Zac and Tony with Aeret a try with your next project!

Mold is always the last word any Realtor wants to hear. Buyers and sellers immediately worry about extensive work at highly inflated prices and being taken advantage of by remediation companies. Aeret is refreshingly the complete opposite experience. This is a family owned business that actually is on the side of their customers. They are fast to respond and offer Super Detailed and Itemized reports, which is so key for full transparency; you know exactly how much you are paying for each part of the process. The specialists that come out are experienced, exacting and thorough, working not just to treat the mold or water intrusion but, far more importantly, find the SOURCE of the problem so it doesn't return. They are a one-stop shop solution to the entire issue and could not be more prompt, professional and helpful. I always have at least three estimators come out and there hasn't been a time when they weren't the most comprehensive AND the lowest price. EVERY TIME. As an agent here for over 20 years, they really are my go-to source for all things water damage, mold and remediation and you should absolutely call them if you are ever in need. Kenny, Charlie and the whole team will be there to make things right in a streamlined, hassle-free manner and you will be so glad you have them. This is the company you have been waiting to find.

We just used Aeret Restoration to fix some water damage in our home. They were amazing and I’d highly recommend them. They were extremely flexible and patient when we kept changing our mind on stuff. Very knowledgeable about what we needed. They went over and above for us. We felt like we made a great decision going with them. Excellent experience from start to finish.
Had an a/c unit in the attic and the overflow quit. Water went through two ceilings and a floor. Aeret Restoration removed flooring, drywall, etc. then put the house back together. We worked with Zach who handled things amazingly and had a top notch team for everything. The house and new flooring are amazing with extreme attention to detail.
Most importantly. My wife had a fear of coming home to a mess, but she never had to worry as the house was beyond clean! Floors, windows, etc.
I’d give this team ten stars if I could!

We unfortunately had a pipe break and water damage to our whole first floor. Aeret responded and was on site within 2 hours of the call on a Sunday to assess the situation and begin their mitigation process. They were very professional and responsive to say the least. The communication from Kenny and the entire staff at Aeret was excellent as well, which made a horrible experience a bit more bearable. I’d highly recommend them!

Marcos did a great job!!
Extremely happy with the service that they provided. Also, they came after I had first remediation done by a different company, it was a disaster! The first company contributed to major medical problems for me. Be smart and go with this company!

We were in the process of buying a new house when we discovered a old problem. We contacted Aeret and Charley Smyth was beyond wonderful.
He helped guide our decision process on the mold issue and arranged for a team to come out for remediation
He even called me from vacation to follow up on the work. Aeret did a great job and Charley removed a lot of angst. Highly recommended
