Customers frequently describe the gutter cleaning and installation crews as punctual, professional, and thorough, noting that workers often clear debris and communicate effectively during visits. The company maintains a high rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on 701 reviews, with the owner replying to 94% of them. However, several low-star reviews criticize the service for inconsistent scheduling, poor communication regarding appointments, and inadequate cleaning methods that leave debris on the property rather than removing it.

I just happened to be home when the Aerotech Techs came to clean my gutters, and I was quite pleased with what I saw. Edwin did a really great job cleaning my drains; more than I expected him to do. I couldn't see the gutters on the roof but I'm sure they were cleaned just as thoroughly as the drains. Thanks a bunch, Edwin!!!!
