Google reviewers describe Aesthetic Arts as a professional clinic offering services like Botox, fillers, facials, and surgical procedures, with patients frequently praising the friendly staff and comfortable office environment. Many highlight the team's approachability and willingness to discuss costs and expectations clearly. However, several low-rated reviews criticize rude phone interactions and note that customer service quality declined following the departure of a previous surgeon, leading to some patients feeling neglected.

At Aesthetic Arts, we take patient care, professionalism, and safety very seriously. We have been unable to identify any record of an appointment or prior communication matching the experience described in this review. Additionally, the account provided does not give us enough information to verify the identity of the reviewer or determine whether this is a genuine patient experience. We welcome the opportunity to address legitimate concerns directly and encourage anyone with a specific concern to contact our office so we can better understand the situation. Our commitment to providing respectful, safe, and professional care to every patient remains a priority.
