Very thankful for the first class service and speedy response from the Affinity team. I had a pipe burst behind my sink and Trent and his team were onsite before I knew it. They did a great job with repairs, and replaced the sink after it was revealed that the seal under the basin was also damaged. Steffen was very professional, and did good, clean work. He explained to me what they were doing and why. No upselling or smoke and mirrors, just great results. It was clear that he was well trained in both his trade and customer service! When it was finished, you couldn’t even tell there had been water all over our kitchen. The sink/wall looked good as new. Trent and Steffen cleaned up, and left things much better than they found it. It was far and away the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. I was very pleased with how quickly they got out to my home, but also happy with the price. It did not cost me an arm and a leg so to speak. When I came home to find the flood, I was sure I was looking at a serious expense. Thankfully, Trent had fair and competitive costs for all stages of the process. Thankful that there are still great plumbing companies out there! Thanks Trent and Steffen!

I tried to watch a youtube video and pull my shower cartridge for 3 hours. Called Affinity and Trent came, looked at it sprayed it with lubricant 1 time, took out 1 tool, removed it, and installed the new one in 5 minutes. Very polite, very personable, very knowledgeable. Fair pricing for the experience they bring. Trent was fantasic.
