Justin did a great job at immediately identifying the issue we had with our washing machine. Even had the parts the next day. Communication about the repair was good. He asked if they got the parts would it be okay to do the repair on short notice and I got the call and it went very well.
Dustin was able to replace the drain pump on my washer which saved us from purchasing a new machine. He was professional and courteous.
Dustin did a great job diagnosing and repairing our dryer. He was super helpful with repair suggestions and options and was resourceful in finding discontinued parts. He gave us accurate price estimates and timelines for parts.
Dustin was actually early for my dryer repair - which worked perfectly for me. He was both professional and personable. He explained each step of his diagnosis and told me how much it would cost. He had the parts I needed so he was in and out in less than an hour. The price was fair, and Dustin's work was excellent. Jordan was also awesome communicating with me both before and after the work was done. I highly recommend this company.
Dustin helped fix our fridge and a burner on our stove. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in a few days to fix everything. Fair price. Highly recommend!
Technician had to come out a couple times to fix things, but they got my 20 year old dryer sounding and drying like new. Scheduling is easy with texting to set up appointments. They are very nice and are pretty fast. They have good reviews for a reason.
I had my dryer repaired. They were fast and helped me out the very next day. The technician was polite and friendly. He did a great job and went above and beyond. Dryer works perfectly now and super affordable!
Dustin just left after repairing my Amana Dryer. Great guy, very courteous and friendly as well as professional. No push for upsell and showed me exactly what was wrong (bad wiring job done by previous repair). I'll be back for future needs. Doug.
Excellent service--I goofed and thought it was a time but they give a small window of time for repair--perfectly reasonable. The tech was knowledgeable, super fast, and worth the price. Thanks for fixing my dishwasher so quickly.
Dustin came out and fixed our washer, it works great now. Jordan was also nice to deal with.
