Highly recommend! I first used Affordable Dry Basement 16 years ago when I first moved into my home. They did the initial inspection and completed the repairs before I even moved in. When I recently needed basement work done again 16 years later, they were the first ones I called. Once again, they did a wonderful job! It is rare to find a company that maintains such high-quality service and consistency over nearly two decades. Thank you for the excellent work!

The service person was on time and explained everything he would be doing. Since there was no evidence of where the water had come in, there was no charge for opening the wall. I appreciated his honesty and suggestion to lower the landscaping level outside the windows on the wall. The salesperson, Tyler, also mentioned the landscaping may be too high on the outside of the wall in question. I have been using Affordable Dry Basement since 2005!
