Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and efficient repair of sliding door rollers and tracks, noting that the work often restores doors to smooth operation. Pricing is generally described as reasonable and consistent with initial quotes, though one reviewer reported a discrepancy between the quoted and final cost. While most experiences are positive, some criticisms mention difficulties with scheduling callbacks, debris left after repairs, and minor damage to door thresholds during the service process.

Slide door wheel repair

Replacing the wheels on our sliding door has been stressing me out so much. We didn't know the wheels we needed. So imaging difficulty getting the door off, finding wheels, and getting the door back on in a day was so stressful. It was 45 min. and I have a door that's so EASY to open now. I feel like I have a new door!!!!! Absolutely THRILLED and so relieved!!!!!!!
Connor and his colleague were efficient and very nice. A very pleasant experience.
