I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with Affordable Solar Services, from start to finish. The installers are hard working, skilled, friendly and efficient. My System was installed in a workmenlike manner...neat and professional in a short time, in spite of the over 90° weather. Everything went according to plan, and Randy was on top of planning and execution of all permits and inspections and my system went online like a rocket. I am assuming it might not be normal results, but my PV System went from install, to online in less than two weeks. Impressive, considering the tales of woe from neighbors and friends about months of waiting. Thanks again Randy and Crew...my faith is restored in Business Professionalism and Acumen!

I’m not sure why my review did not post last October, but I’m glad I was doing a review on another business today and found out. Randy and his crew installed solar on our home in October and we are so pleased. They made the process so easy and kept us informed through out. Randy even gave us a recommendation on a local roofing company and worked with them to coordinate the roofing and the panel install. I would recommend Affordable Solar Services to anyone considering solar power. No pressure, explained everything to us in a very easy to understand way and gave us a realistic picture of what we could expect from our system. If you are thinking about adding solar to your home, give Randy a call.

Looking for solar panels...I called and texted the company over 10 times..nobody answered...bad service

Randy and his team did a truly outstanding job from start to finish. They removed my existing solar water heater collector in preparation for my new roof and then worked their scheduling around the roofer. They then reinstalled the solar water heater collector and then installed a new photovoltaic system and worked around FPL's schedule to get it activated. The installation was seamless. The workers were polite, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. After installation, I had a few questions about the system and application which Randy immediately answered. I am totally satisfied with the system and my electric bill has been only the FPL minimum fee.

Our experience with Affordable Solar Services was excellent, they planned and executed the job with a professional finish. Work was done quickly even on hot summer days. Randy has followed up on our installation to make sure we were happy.

We decided to install solar panels when we learned that the federal tax credit would not continue after December 2025—even though we weren’t home at the time. We contacted Randy in October, and he handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. The entire system was installed in perfect condition without us even being present, and thanks to his responsiveness and organization, we were able to qualify for the tax credit with no issues. The service was professional, reliable, and completely stress-free. Fabulous service and truly great to work with. Highly recommend Affordable Solar Energy.

Randy presented as highly professional and committed to returning for drone photos the next day, but never returned. Multiple attempts were made by my roofer, then me, to reengage, and only after securing time with a competitor, did I finally hear back. Hopefully this was just an anomaly and others have a far better experience. UPDATE: Randy's response was admirable, he owned the 'dropped ball' here. I will simply say these things often come down to a lack of communication, something every one of us can usually improved upon. Due to his honorable response, I am changing my rating.
