Our home was struck by lightning and caused an attic fire. We chose Anthony and his crew to get things cleaned up and back to normal. He walked us through the process and had additional recommendations and services to utilize making some other tasks much easier. Questions were welcomed and answered. I hope to never have to go through this again, but if so I will be calling Anthony. I highly recommend him.

Anthony was fantastic. Honest, reasonable and prepared to give me all the information I needed. Answered all my questions and concerns and resolved our issue. This is the company to go to for water restoration/mold etc.

So glad I was referred to Affordable Water Restoration when I found a broken water pipe had slowly leaked inside a wall. The team arrived quickly to assess the damage and begin cleanup. Daniel clearly explained the remediation process, provided a fair estimate and took the lead on setting the schedule and lining everyone up. I could not have asked for a smoother process, and the icing-on-the-cake is that my final bill came in lower than the estimate. Thanks guys for getting my house back together quickly!

These Guys are the best! Daniel and Anthony came down the day I called to do a careful, professional assessment of our water damage; and to explain the process of restoration. David and Pablo showed up with them 3 days later to do a full remediation. They set up a remarkable exclusion zone within our 12' ceiling, removed dry wall, base boards, furring strips, paper and any hint of mold. They not only cleaned the area thoroughly and applied antimicrobials, but also extended that remediation into an adjacent bathroom that they used for access/egress. Of course they also set up drying, air scrubbing filtration and a dehumidifier. In all of this, they were thoroughly professional, kind, careful, personable and very respectful of all my concerns for home, furniture, and personal protection. Simply the best!
In addition, David Goddard returned several days later to remove the exclusion zone plastic barriers. He was absolutely meticulous as he took the tape and plastic from our 12 foot high ceiling. Fabulous that his professional touch has kept our paint and our very high ceiling in great shape! Thank you!
