I had Jake come out to give me an estimate for some foundation repair and basement waterproofing. He was extremely polite, on time and very knowledgeable. He assessed my unique situation for an old house and gave me several recommendations. I would highly recommend this young man.

AFS was outstanding from start to finish. I had foundation issues and they were all very pleasant people to work with. Cody and Daquail were the guys who installed my piers and did the repairs. I recommend this company they were fantastic.

I highly recommend AFS for any crawlspace repairs. The floor in my laundry room was sagging and I could feel the floor vibrate when the washer was in the spin cycle. The inspector Alan McConnell did a very through inspection of my crawl space and even pointed out that there was a tear in my dryer vent hose. He was very professional and answered all of my questions.
Kayode, Tyler, and Nolan did an amazing job. They were profession and courteous. Kayode kept me updated throughout the process. They did an excellent job cleaning up and I could not tell they had even been there.

AFS is the go to for anything crawlspace related. Jed came out to do the initial inspection and had plenty of pictures of the issues I was having and talked it through with me very thoroughly. Kayode, Tyler and Nolan did the work. I had the whole crawlspace encapsulated, had a triple pump system added and a dehumidifier. It took only two days and the project was complete, if you have any crawlspace issues at all, AFS is the way too go.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team from proposal to execution was very helpful and respectful and made us feel at ease. They were also extremely speedy! We are so grateful for AFS and their hard work. It sets us up with a lot of peace of mind before we finish our basement. Thank you to Spencer for the initial proposal and to Gavin, Brandon, Sara, and Chris for the installation. Highly recommend!

Alex was fantastic. We had multiple cracks in the concrete outside our house and were worried it was a more serious foundation issue. Alex did a 90 minute inspection for free and found no major issues. He gave us some tips as well. Very, very happy with this company!
