Afterglow is an exceptional studio with a beautiful aura and community. The safest, cleanest most relaxing space to connect with your body and Hartford community. The teachers are exceptional, honed in and providing such generous care while I practice. Absolutely beautiful studio with fantastically friendly staff. Clean space, challenging classes (while being encouraged to listen to your own body and modify). Great atmosphere with a diverse group of yogis (such a gem to find this!!). Parking is easy, class schedules are plentiful throughout each day and booking is very easy. Generous cancellation policy and incredibly affordable membership. Beginners might find the class challenging if unfamiliar with yoga but teachers are so helpful that this wouldn't be a hindrance to your success if you inform them! Pros: Absolutely amazing merch, easy parking, cute space, affordable membership. Cons: Haven't found one yet!

Rich is the best massage therapist. None of his sessions are cookie cutter, he creates customized session for each of his clients. He works with his clients to identify areas to help clients achieve their goals. I can't recommend Rich enough.

I've been going to Afterglow for years and always look forward to each class I register for. All the teachers have different styles, and a variety of classes are offered (plus special events).

This is my favorite yoga studio of all time. Jane the founder is so welcoming and remembers everyone. The other students are friendly. The teachers are great. The interior decoration is next level beautiful. 10/10 would recommend
