If I could give Agave Music more than five stars, I absolutely would! I recently brought my flute in for a much-needed overhaul. She hadn't been serviced in probably 15 years, so she was definitely in need of some serious TLC. Chris, the technician who checked me in, was incredibly knowledgeable and an absolute delight. I actually discovered my flute was actually manufactured in the early 60s! It turns out this instrument is quite a bit older than I am, which just adds to her vintage charm and makes her feel even more special. The entire experience was wonderfully professional. When I dropped her off, they gave me an estimated completion date for the end of the month as well as an add on loaner flute to get my embouchure practice. Knowing it is currently their busiest time of the year with the back-to-school rush, I was completely prepared to be patient. But by some sort of musical miracle, they got it done two and a half weeks early! When I picked her up, I was simply overjoyed. My flute looks absolutely gorgeous and plays even more beautifully than I remembered. I am so incredibly excited to have her back in my life and to be making music again! As the cherry on top, the overhaul purchase came with a one-year maintenance and repair agreement. It covers everything needed to keep her up and running smoothly for the next year (minus replacement parts over $12), which is such a fantastic deal and brings wonderful peace of mind. Thank you, Chris and the team at Agave Music, for breathing life back into my beautiful instrument! If you have an instrument in need of some magic, this is absolutely the place to go.

Both of the gentlemen working were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with other inquiries as well. Thanks to them I was able to find Central Music which saved me a trip to Mesa. Originally I went in thinking my instrument was going to need a full overhaul and was pleasantly surprised it needed the basic TLC. Thank you also, for having an instrument I could rent. I cannot recommend you guys enough! Take your instruments here, you will NOT be disappointed
