I’ve been consistently coming here for almost a year and have seen amazing results! My pcos hair started to thin out and lighten around 4-6 months into treatment with hour long appts every week. The team is straight forward about the expectations for electrolysis and offer guidance during treatment. They’re very knowledgeable and personable they became part of my routine! They make sure I’m comfortable and have treats around the office! Every appt gets easier and it’s painless for me now. My confidence has increased tremendously since starting treatment. Overall I’m very satisfied with Jessica and her team and I’m so glad I took a chance ☺️

I’ve been seeing Jessica for chemical peels to help with acne, and I’ve had a great experience. She is very professional and never pressures me with unnecessary consultations or product sales. She carefully evaluates my skin and personalizes each treatment to my specific needs. My skin has never felt irritated after her treatments. I’ve also had electrolysis for underarm hair removal with Jessica, and the results have been excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized skincare or hair-removal treatments. They also occasionally offer promotions on gift cards, which is a nice bonus!

I have been coming to Ageless by Jessica for electrolysis for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My journey started with a consultation with Jessica, who thoroughly explained how electrolysis works and set realistic expectations about the process and timeline. She even performed a small test patch so I could experience what electrolysis felt like before committing—no surprises, just honest information and professionalism. For the past several months, I’ve been seeing Kiana regularly, and I also had one appointment with Klarissa when I needed to reschedule. Both women are knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly kind. I’m definitely a talker, and both were engaging and enjoyable to spend time with. Kiana has become my regular electrologist, and she is simply delightful—gentle, funny, skilled, and genuinely caring. I truly enjoy our appointments, even while she’s sticking an electric needle into my face and permanently zapping away unwanted hairs! One thing I really appreciated was the honesty about expectations. Electrolysis is not a quick fix, and Jessica made that clear from the beginning. I’m currently around month 9 or 10, and I would estimate that about 80% of my hair is gone. I started with 90-minute appointments every two weeks for the first couple of months, then moved to one-hour sessions monthly, and now I’m down to 30-minute appointments every 4–5 weeks. The progress has been remarkable. Does it hurt? Of course there’s some discomfort, but it’s very manageable. On a scale of 1–10, I’d rate it around a 3 or 4, and only for a second or two at a time. For comparison, I’ve done both laser hair removal and waxing, and both were significantly more painful. Laser also cost me far more money 10 years ago, and the hair eventually grew back anyway. (For full disclosure, I am menopausal, which can certainly contribute to unwanted facial hair.) As for pricing, all I’ll say is this: it’s worth it. You truly get what you pay for. Overall, I would give Ageless by Jessica a 10 out of 10. The office and treatment rooms are beautifully designed, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the products they carry are excellent. Bonus tip: Check out their Instagram. Their infographics are informative, uplifting and often hilarious.

The service and results here are really exceptional. I’ve seen incredible, permanent results (and I’ve been doing electrolysis for years with providers in Sacramento and New York- Ageless is hands down where I’ve seen the fastest and most consistent progress). The interior is very cute and very clean, parking is easy and free, pricing is reasonable for the quality.

Klarissa Carr was absolutely amazing! I have been doing laser for a year and half and was never as happy as I am with Klarissa! Switching over to electrolysis was definitely an adjustment but she is absolutely sweet and has made the transition amazing plus she’s talented especially making sure everything is done well, although appointments are long she makes them go by in a breeze with amazing conversation! Anyone here will take amazing care and treat you with the utmost respect! But i would definitely give an extra round of applause for Klarissa!
