Customers frequently highlight the straightforward, low-pressure sales approach, competitive pricing, and efficient installation of Okna windows and doors. The team is described as punctual, professional, and thorough, often completing jobs quickly while maintaining clear communication throughout the process. However, some reviews criticize the company for failing to honor warranty claims on specific issues like aluminum capping and water infiltration, as well as for missing scheduled appointments without follow-up.

We had a really great experience with Paul. The process was very smooth with good communication and our patio door and windows came out great. The price was reasonable and they were done within half a day.
I love my new OKNA 600 windows. Kudos to the AGM team, starting with Paul and lead installer Oscar, great job coordinating the replacement of our 30+ windows. A big SHOUTOUT to the installers, Armando, Luis and Ambrosio, a highly professional, well oiled, efficient team, GREAT JOB. I highly recommend AGM to anyone looking to replace their old windows, Price, Quality and Servce can’t be beat.
Thank you very much Tim!
Paul and his team were great from start to finish. Sales process was not agressive or pushy. Paul came in and did the measurements himself and then during the final decisions he told me that the Okna 600s were good enough for what my house needed and not to spend the extra $$ on the 800s. Window install process was simple and they got the job done fast. High quality work with an owner who stands behind the quality of the labor. We had an issue with the door installation but Paul worked with us to keep sending his guy out until we were 100% satisfied.
Hi Marty, I really appreciate your nice review. Thanks so much.
We were looking to replace nearly all of our vinyl windows and from start to finish, everything went great with AGM. As others have said, meeting with Paul was refreshing as it was a straight-forward approach and nothing at all felt sales-y. The meeting with him was very comfortable and we appreciated the info and breakdown. Having met with multiple other contractors prior to this, AGM was far and away the best choice. Comparatively, they were priced much more fairly, scheduled the job quicker and once ready to go, everything was done in a day. Their preferred window of choice (Okna) also appealed to us with their quality after doing some research. Their crew got the job done in a day and they took care to keep things clean. The windows look great and we can already see/feel a difference. Very much looking forward to improved efficiency during the heart of the cold and warm seasons and not having our AC/Furnace running so frequently. Even better is their responsiveness as we had a question after the install and Paul got right back to us quickly. It's comforting to know that the work is guaranteed and in the unlikely chance of an issue, they'll follow-up. Very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend.
Sean, thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure working for you. If you ever need anything, let us know.
Paul installed all my windows, 22 windows, in March 2025, Okna 600 series. They did a fantastic job, incredibly thorough and professional. Price was very fair and significantly less than Anderson and others. Window quality is top notch, triple pane, and already they’ve saved us hundreds of dollars on both AC and heating bills. They look great and were installed with great care and precision. We love them. Recently we did have a small crack develop in one window. Even though glass cracks are technically not covered as part of warranty, Paul immediately reached out to Okna and advocated for us. He is taking care of the replacement at no cost. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back and recommending Paul and AGM to all my neighbors and friends. You will not be disappointed with Okna or with AGM. Thanks Paul.
Thank you Anthony. Really appreciate the nice review.
Paul and his team did a fantastic job installing a new bay window in the front of our home. They did all interior and exterior trim, multiple layers of insulation, and cleaned up all debris. Paul gave me a very fair and competitive quote. The window itself is fantastic. I would definitely use AGM again for any future projects.
Thank you so much for your nice review. We are glad you are happy and your bay window looks great! You were a pleasure to work with.
Paul and his team did a fantastic job replacing my old front window. They made every step easy and the work was impeccable. Thank you AGM!
We are in Northern New Jersey and decided to have windows replaced in our house so we researched various window brands and installers. My son had windows replaced in his townhouse and he was happy with them so we looked into the brand of window he used. The brand is Okna which is in Bristol, Pennsylvania. I read a lot of articles in various forums comparing and contrasting manufacturers. The reviews for Okna were really positive. I also read about other window manufacturers such as Andersen, windows sold by Home Depot and Lowes. I found out that the versions of windows sold by the big box stores are not the best of quality. Okna has a great limited lifetime warranty. We then looked for an authorized installer. We found AGM Windows and I spoke to Paul. We started with an Okna slider and a picture window with casement windows on each side. We thought we would replace many of our windows and doors but wanted to see how the install went. The first replacements went so well, we decided to do more. We ended up replacing all 32 windows and 4 doors. We are very happy with the results. The windows and doors are of high quality and the installation is extremely clean, detailed and professional. We couldn't be happier with the result. The slider is Okna while the other steel doors are HMI. Paul was great to work with and knows his "stuff".
We had several old windows replaced in October and are very pleased with both the windows and the installation process. Paul the owner is very clear and upfront with the pricing and is not like some other high pressure sales people. Marco and his team did an excellent job of installing the windows and doing some repairs of the old window sills. I would highly recommend Paul, Marco and the rest of the installation team.
Wanda, it was great working for the both of you. Thank you so much for the nice review.
Awesome install again, Paul and Marco. Beautiful windows and slider, excellent install, Marco and team, thanks so much all!
Thank you so much Susan. It really was great working for you, it truly was a pleasure.
