Customers frequently highlight punctual arrival, clear communication, and transparent pricing during air conditioning repairs, maintenance, and emergency services. Reviewers note that technicians explain issues thoroughly and avoid unnecessary upsells, often resolving complex problems quickly. A single low-star review mentions a technician removing parts without prior notice and failing to honor a same-day repair commitment, though the owner responds to all feedback.

I had a great experience with AC Done Right LLC! Kenneth was professional, punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, and took the time to service my AC and address my concerns. It’s clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy AC company!

Hands down the best HVAC company in Westchase, Tampa, and Oldsmar! I own two rental properties and live in the Tampa area, so having an HVAC company I can genuinely trust is HUGE. I’ve used 5+ AC companies over the years, and nobody comes close to Ken and the Air Conditioning Done Right team. I’ve called Ken multiple times over the past two years, and he ALWAYS answers. He’s incredibly professional, completely transparent about pricing, and genuinely cares about your family’s comfort. No upselling, no BS, just honest work. One time, with a baby at home and our AC acting up, Ken answered immediately, was at our house in 45 minutes, and got everything fixed. He even corrected another company’s bad work while he was there. He was so kind to my kids, too. At this point, I don’t even search for AC repair companies anymore. I just call Ken’s cell. Whether it’s an emergency AC repair or replacing an entire air conditioning system, he’s the guy I trust. In a world where home service companies are getting bought up and becoming less personal, Ken and his team are the real deal. I genuinely hope Air Conditioning Done Right never goes away! If your AC goes out in Westchase, Tampa, or Oldsmar, call Ken at Air Conditioning Done Right. You won’t regret it. 12/10 stars! ⭐️

Excellent service. They helped me with an AC emergency and later took care of the maintenance as well. Everything was handled with complete transparency, and they explained everything clearly along the way. Unlike other companies that try to charge outrageous prices, they were fair, honest, and professional from start to finish. It’s great to find a company you can truly trust. Highly recommended!
