Customers frequently praise Air Conditioning of Arizona for prompt service, professional conduct, and clear communication during repairs, installations, and maintenance. Technicians are often noted for thorough inspections, fair pricing, and leaving work areas clean. However, a small number of low-star reviews highlight significant issues, including unexpected cost increases during refrigerant refills, improper installation leading to water damage, and complaints about high prices compared to competitors.

Great service, friendly and thorough. Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable. Serviced the system, replaced the filters, and installed my wifi thermostats. Kept everything clean and tidy and provided info on their maintenence plan. Will be calling them again.
