Called Paul after 5pm on a Friday, regarding my AC not working. He showed up right away. Checked everything out and was able to fix the problem within a hour. Very professional and excellent service! Definitely recommend.

My thermostat alerted me that my AC wasn’t working and my house had reached 90 degrees while I was on vacation recently. I contacted Paul and he was willing to travel an hour to come to my house the morning after I got home because all of the local HVAC companies were booked out at least a week. He diagnosed the problem and had my AC up and running the same day. It cost a little extra to have him travel that far, but it was worth it during the 100 plus degree weeks we’ve had here. He also called me several days later to make sure everything was still working ok. Even though I’d have to pay him a premium to come to my house again, I won’t hesitate to make that call if something else happens to my AC. It’s obvious he knows what he’s doing and makes sure the job is done right.

Paul and his crew Josh and Luis did an exceptional job removing my two 50 gallon water heaters and installing my new tankless water heater and a water softener. It's very hard finding a plumber who can work on in-floor heat systems in Las Cruces and it was pure luck that we called Paul at Air Mechanical. Paul had many years of experience with radiant heat systems in Santa Fe and Abq. We had a tricky problem and Paul worked diligently on the issue, took the manuals home, and returned with solutions and options. He is an expert diagnostician. If you have an in-floor heating system, definitely call Paul for maintenance and for problems.

Paul and his team had been incredible installing our new HVAC split unit. The installation was no easy task which I thought was as simple as installing a washer and a dryer...I was far from the truth. This kind of work takes years of experiences to do and I thought Paul's team did an amazing job!
