This time, BLAKE came out to help me with a detailed inspection checklist that required answers, explanations, documentation, and careful follow-through. He spent about an hour and a half going through everything with me and was extraordinarily thorough, efficient, professional, patient, and knowledgeable.

This is the most honest and best company. Not only are they great at AC repair and maintenance, they are also nice to work with. They accidentally overcharged me and I did not notice but their office called me later and said they had made a mistake and refunded me the money. And my AC was fixed within 24 hours of calling. Wish I could give more stars.

I called before lunch when our AC went out and we had it fixed by 2pm! The lady (Peggy I believe) who I made an appointment over the phone with, was so cheery and helpful. She called to let me know she had someone coming as quickly and early as possible and then called after the appointment to make sure all went well and was fixed! I've never experienced a company that checked up on someone after service! Exceptional!!! Blake who was the one to fix our problem was quick to diagnose and remedy the issue. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Air Patrol has a committed customer!!! Outstanding company!

Blake was great, informative and thorough. Checked all four units and make sure they were all running. Then made some helpful recommendations to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

If I could give Air Patrol 10 stars, I would.
When our Carrier Greenspeed system failed after a power surge during the 100+ degrees Texas heat, we went through absolute hell with two other prominent HVAC companies (including our original installer). Both companies were happy to charge diagnostic fees but dragged their feet for days on reports and misdiagnosed the failure—quoting us $$$ to replace expensive parts that weren't even broken.
Reaching out to Air Patrol was the best thing I did all year.
From the very first call, Ms. Peggy was exceptionally kind, responsive, and connected me directly with Sean, the owner. Sean took the time to personally review photos of our unit’s serial number and technical details. When he learned the replacement parts were on backorder, he came up with a brilliantly common-sensical solution: send a technician out with a temporary working part to get our cool air running immediately while ordering the warranty part from the factory. It’s so simple, but only someone who truly puts the customer first would do it.
As for pricing, instead of the opaque flat-rate tier pricing from other companies who wouldn't even deign to explain their quotes, Sean laid out crystal-clear, honest rates upfront. Zero hidden games.
On Thursday, Blake, our technician, arrived right on time at 8:15 AM. By 9:00 AM—just 45 minutes later—our AC was blowing ice-cold air! Blake correctly identified that the actual culprit was the PMC board (not the inverter board, reactor, or surge protector that others claimed). He swapped in the temporary board and even took the extra time to clean out fallen crape myrtle blossoms and debris from inside the outdoor unit.
Shortly after Blake left, Sean called to walk us through a quick Wi-Fi prompt on our thermostat and confirmed that our new OEM warranty part was officially ordered.
What impressed us most is that throughout this entire process, nobody ever tried to hard-sell us on anything. They simply focused on solving our problem with integrity and speed. Needless to say, we will be signing up for their annual maintenance plan.
If you have a complex Carrier system or just want an HVAC company you can trust, do not hesitate to call Air Patrol. Sean, Peggy, and Blake have earned our loyalty!
