We had an issue with the AC pumping out less and less cold air over Labor Day weekend. Air Support answered my call immediately and had someone out on a Saturday within the hour. They fixed the issue promptly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them in a pinch and also for an annual maintenance plan which I plan to begin.

Alarmingly bad. Initial tech literally said he wasn’t interested in doing any repair because it was too hot. Misrepresented work done a year ago to suggest they hadn’t provided a part under warranty. Said we would have to use another company because it’s too hot in June in Florida. Supervisor stepped in. Second tech…

Used them twice. First time required major repairs their tech was awesome and stayed well passed dark to get the heater working during freezing days.
The second time was a simple issue which was resolved fast and at no extra charge. The tech also went above and beyond to clear up some badly hanging wires in the unit even though he hadn't had to touch em.
