They installed the system, and the problem appeared the very next day. They came back and fixed it, but after a couple of days of use, the same problem returned. They’ve been back about three times to make adjustments and still haven’t been able to resolve it. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with people who don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
I contacted them and they said they would only resolve the matter with the homeowner. But the homeowner doesn't freeze there, and neither do his children. Why should I freeze? Your company installed it but hasn't finished the job yet. The Exost pipe is 4 inches long, but the factory specification says 3 inches.

This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have—please contact Air Synergy, Inc. directly with your address and the best number to reach you so we can escalate this to a senior technician and get the system properly diagnosed and resolved.
Shaun provided excellent customer service and work. He was warm, professional, thorough. In addition he was very clean and went the extra mile for us. Specifically, after providing service on our unit he spent time helping us with a complicated internet issue we were experiencing with our EcoNet app; calling customer service for us and troubleshooting phone, app, and internet compatibility issues. He was patient and competent with a genuine desire to help.

Everyone at Air Synergy is so professional and helpful. I called during a heat wave (of course) and then had an issue requiring a tech to visit my home. Luis arrived on time, explained the issue and the process, resolved our problem and also suggested some settings on our smart thermostat that would make my life easier going forward. All covered by warranty. Our business is actually property management but this is our residence and Air Synergy are exceptional HVAC professionals and a pleasure to work with.

Shaun from Air Synergy came to move one of our heating/cooling outlets, post installation of a new unit, because of our renovation needs. Shaun was fantastic! great, timely communication, friendly and professional, and workmanship on target.
