Professional, informative, polite and considerate. I'd use Aire Serv again anytime. Once they diagnose the problem, the work was fast unless parts were not readily available. Even then, the job was done as quickly as possible. They keep you informed every step of the way.

Lance did an amazing job! Was able to come out and get my air working!! He diagnosed the issue within in 15 minutes and got me up and running in under an hour. Definitely needed it with this heat wave.

I thought that the workers were very courteous came on time and always did what they said they would do. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ,unfortunately, had our HVAC replaced by Peterman Brothers prior to learning about Aire Serv of Greenwood. After three years of issues with them, I had the blessing of meeting Melissa with Aire Serv. When I told her what was going on she was very kind, educational, and understanding. She immediately sent out one of her techs, Erik Ellis, the next business day. Erik followed suit with Melissa. He was also very kind, educational, and THOROUGH! He spent double the time the Peterman techs did, and his notes were very helpful. We will be using Aire Serv for any HVAC needs we have from here on out. If you want QUALITY, this is the place.
