Customers frequently praise the shop for detailed communication, professional staff, and handling insurance or rental logistics. Positive reviews highlight thorough workmanship, punctual delivery, and transparent pricing for various vehicle types. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize unprofessional behavior, lack of written quotes, and delayed repairs with insufficient status updates.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Jason at Airport Autobody. Helping me navigate through a difficult time. Never having to deal with a car being totaled before. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and super informative. I felt like he treated me like family. I appreciate him going above and beyond. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Thank you, Patrick, for your kind words! We're glad Jason was able to assist you during this challenging time and make you feel supported. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
Above and beyond my expectations!…AGAIN! The best part about this shop is they basically do everything for you no matter your situation. Dan, Dan and all the team are a great group of guys that really do care about the customers. Feels like a true family owned shop, and their work speaks for itself. There is always some kind of high end car in the bays or the show room. Not a single bad thing to say and will definitely be back
On a side note I would like to add that some insurances will not cover everything (progressive sucks) so if you decide to go here, you may have to pay out of pocket but it’s worth every dollar if it’s a car you care about! Thanks again

What can I say? Dan and Airport Auto Body turned an unpleasant event into a great experience. From drop off to pick-up, Dan kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process.
The work done was exceptional, and my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out!
Airport Auto Body frequently works with Enterprise, so my rental car return was painless as well!
Great customer service is not as common as it used to be, but rest assured, you’ll find it at Airport Auto Body! I felt valued and respected as a customer, and that goes a long way!
I highly recommend this business if you ever find yourself in need of any sort of body work.

Highly knowledgeable staff. I worked with Dan and he took great care of my car. They do great work on Teslas and replaced my front bumper and a few other small components after an incident. The timeline was faster than expected and the car looks brand new. Highly recommend 10/10.

Jason was a superb front man for AAB. He was super responsive, explained the work required to restore my vehicle in plain English and in a way I could understand, and was even compassionate when delivering the bad news that my car was a total loss. AAB did not end up repairing my car, but their customer service is second to none. And I know from prior experience with prior cars I’ve had repaired there that their work is ultra high quality. Thanks to AAB for your support and service this time around.
