Called several companies about an airport pickup. I talked to Richard & he said Demi would pick me up. Communication was great. I told Demi I had arrived. She told me exactly where I could find her. It was pouring rain through downtown Detroit & she was a great & carefully driver. On short notice plus it was Sunday I needed a ride back to the airport. I sent Demi a text & she said she would make it work. She arrived exactly on time. We had great conversations on both trips. Everything was flawless from beginning to end.

I can't recommend Richard and Airport One Transportation enough but I will try. They were flawless and helping us get to the airport for a recent vacation to Orlando and again flawless and exemplary and timely when we returned and they were the only service on our return trip that work well that day. They are on time, professional, professionally friendly genuinely friendly, priced well and fairly. Again I highly recommend airport One transportation.

We had a fantastic experience with Airport One Transportation for our recent trip to and from Detroit Metro Airport. I was traveling with my three young children, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly.
Our driver, Richard, was outstanding—an excellent communicator, extremely professional, and made sure we were comfortable and on time. He coordinated with me ahead of both pickups, arrived promptly, and handled everything with care and courtesy.
Traveling with kids can be stressful, but Richard made the process seamless. I highly recommend Airport One and will absolutely be using them again.

10/10 recommend Airport One!
Professional, on time and friendly service. We booked with Richard, it was short notice before our trip. He was so nice and accommodating! Dean was our driver both to and from the airport. They made sure we had the right car seats for the kids, were so helpful and patient when we got stuck in a long line in customs on our way home. I can’t say enough good things about your team! Thanks so much for getting us back and forth to the airport safely. You made 2 stressful travel days so much easier!

SUPER happy with this service. I flew in on New Years Day and was worried I wouldn't find a service to take me to my destination. Airport One was FABULOUS. Confirmed flight landing time, clear communication about location once I landed, clean car, and wonderful driver! Will use them again!!!
