Customers frequently praise AK Welding for its responsive communication, accurate measurements, and punctual installation of custom aluminum and steel railings. Reviewers often note that the company accommodates tight schedules and provides clear estimates, resulting in high satisfaction with the final product's quality and durability. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves a failure to follow up on contracts or post-job requests, with some clients reporting that the business stopped responding after initial appointments or agreed pricing.

Terrific group of people who do an outstanding job each time! Very satisfied with the work!
Thank you Dimitry it is always a pleasure to work with you and we look forward to our next project together!
We used AK Welding for the first time on a commercial project, where they fabricated and installed approximately 70 LF of handrails, and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They provided shop drawings, fabricated the handrails to match the plans, powder-coated them in our specified color, and handled the installation. The finished product came out exactly as shown on the plans, with great workmanship and attention to detail. Their pricing was also very fair for the quality of work and service provided. I highly recommend AK Welding to anyone looking for a reliable fabricator, especially for commercial handrails. We had a great experience and would absolutely use them again on future projects.

The handrail going down our basement stairs was loose and honestly didn't feel safe anymore. They replaced it and anchored the new one properly. Much better now, thanks Jimmy!
