Easy to talk to. Very friendly. Triple checked and found a slow leak. Wow!!
Jacob, it was one of the most friendly and professional people that I've ever have had the pleasure of working with. He made things easy to understand and despite this, being a very negative situation for my family, he was understanding and compassionate about the whole thing. If I could give him ten stars, I would,…

Excellent Service! Our primary bedroom shower started leaking out of the shower head even though the water was turned off. A quick examination by us determined the problem was not the shower head. Called the most rated plumbing service in our area and had a next day mid-morning appointment service! Adrian, our…
We were in travel and was told we had a major water leak. Briar was able to come right out and give us an honest assessment of the problem and offer several solutions. He, and his team, have been exceptional and while I hope we don’t need them again, should the need arise they would be my first call.
Leonardo was terrific - spent needed time to properly diagnose the problem. Highly recommend!
I got service that was not only fast, and friendly, but William (Cody) was also diligent to find and solve all the problems.
Jesse and Recindo were great to work with. Both are highly professional and certainly know the plumbing business. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and how they explained exactly what they were doing. kenneth was awesome and very knowledgeable and friendly helped me with what we needed thank you again kenneth
A wonderfully skilled and courteous technician!
Over priced, takes advantage of women who know little about plumbing. Service was overpriced 900 hundred dollars for a very small leak. Don't waste your time calling these over priced 😔😡😔😔😔😔
Brandon is amazing! He arrived right on time. He was knowlegable and professional. He fixed my leaky pipe and flushed the hot water heater.
Very thorough. Explained everything in detail.
Johnny responded to a request for help after flooding was discovered in the house after being out of town for a month. He was courteous and professional. Gary C showed up and was nice and polite when he arrived and he put covering on his feet when he left he walked thru my bedroom and thru the house to the back door where he took off his plastic feet coverings. John Hall was outstanding! Next day service with no hassle. After using an all in one company (heating, cooling, plumbing) and learning our lesson. We’ll now only use Al Coronado for Professional Plumbing Services at a reasonable cost! Jumping ahead a few years later…Al Coronado sent Andrew to install a new toilet…
This review is just for Jesse on his consultation and not for any work done as of yet. Jesse was excellent, very easy to work with and ran through our options very clearly and was a consummate professional and would like to interface with him more if and when we decide to get work scheduled for our water system. Appreciate you Jesse!
I called Al Coronado plumbing to get a second opinion for a job quote. I felt this previous competitive plumbing company’s job quote was excessive. When I called Al Coronado I spoke to Tiffany who sent Cody to check out my situation. Not only did he see my plumbing problem, he even checked out my garbage disposal…
Back again with Al Coronado Plumbing to replace the connection between my house and the outside water supply. Marty and Johnny were a pleasure to work with. Called Al Coronado Plumbing on a Saturday morning and the tech was there by Saturday afternoon. Our tech, Andy, did an outstanding job with our issue. My wife and I highly recommend!
Excellent company! Both times I've used them, they have responded to my call right away and come out within an hour to assess my situation -- as we know, timing is critical with leaking plumbing. The first time was last year, I had a toilet that leaked and wouldn't flush. Another company told me I had to tear up…
Leo installed a dishwasher when another company didn't have the right tools to do the job. He previously installed a reverse osmosis system and repaired other leaks for us. He's patient, thorough, and explains what he is doing. We are pleased with Leo's workmanship.
I have a great time with the inspection I got from Matthew. He was efficient and straight forward, a really great person to work with who knew his stuff and was real genuine!

Kenny was our technician today. He is very knowledgeable in detecting where the leak was originating. Also very nice, patient, and respectful.
Overall outstanding. A little high priced but worth it to us. In the past they have replaced polybutylene pipes and installed water heater and a toilet. I had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. While I was a frustrated by the fact they were closed on Sunday and did not offer 24/7 service,…
Bruce did an awesome job!!! Definitely will call again. :)

We had a leak in our 2nd bathtub so called Al Coronado based on an AI we use. And from the first to last interaction it was 5 star. Everyone was so professional and courteous. Jesus and Adrian were very pleasant to work with and kept me updated daily. Went above and beyond expectations. Will definitely recommend!
Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of going above and beyond in answering my questions and concerns. He also inspected our property and found an additional issue while doing a water pressure check. The previous company that we had out two months ago didn’t even do a pressure check. All…
We had to replace the water pressure line and regulator valve. The team actually came out a day earlier than expected and diagnosed the repair and estimate. They came back the next day and replaced the pipe and valve. Water pressure is now great. Very satisfied and would recommend.

He was very thorough in explaining all that needed to be done and all our options. He was able to get us water in the house so we could resume a normal day.
We had a leak in the wall of the main bathroom 45 days after we remodeled. It was not from the remodel. Kenny was great. He fixed the repair and was very patient. He called to check on us and make sure Steamy Concept took care of the drying process. Excellent service.
Brian Linden was very helpful coming out to our home and diagnosing a leak and making plans to replace plumbing with all copper pipe and fixtures. He was courteous and efficient.

Seriously would never use anyone else. I've learned from experience! Reasons: 1. Show up same day as the emergency and no extra charge..even on weekend. 2. Say what they're going to do and do what they say they're going to do! No jacking around, no surprise charges, never feel gouged. 3. Exceedingly cordial, caring…
Outstanding
Jasper was amazing! He quickly sized up the issue, showed us exactly how the repair would need to be made, and got us a quote. We had asked for a new water heater. He proved that we would not need one but gave a quote anyway in addition to what we needed. Cummings said that the house would need to be repiped.…
First time using Al Coronado and will not be our last. Irrigation valve gave out, water gashing out; This happened at around 8:30AM as we were getting ready to go to work! We've finally found our go-to plumbing company after 31 years in Tucson! During our time living in 3 different, not-so-new homes in Tucson, we've had many occasions when we needed plumbers, often on an emergency basis. Each time, we've tried a new company because we've never been completely satisfied -- until we…
We had a call from metro water stating our water usage was very high. So we called AL coronado to come and find a leak, it was discovered that there was water in our meter box and the ground was soft at the base of our Oleander plants and the pipe at the meter was broken. Most excellent experience with this company today. I had reported leaking plumbing. They came out for a free estimate and lucky for me the leak was easily detected and a repair I can manage myself. They did not make me feel dumb for overlooking the obvious and I was not charged for the visit. 👍 👍

These guys tried to charge me almost $5000 to replace a 40ft water line. It was an emergency and the guy told me I’d have to agree to sign the estimate in order for them to TEMPORARILY fix the line. My regular guy did it for $1400. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES! You’ve been warned …
Very happy with Al Coronado Plumbing. Chris was prompt, polite, friendly, and competent. They did a previous job for me, and I’ll call them again. I recommend them and Chris also.

I have never been exposed to water heater installations whether in a large area or small one. The entire repair pre-installation and post-installation took 2.5 days with 2 technicians; they did not work as a “team”, rather 1 and then the 2nd one. The water heater these gentlemen installed is a work of art as was…
