Charles Head arrived promptly to perform the required service. He was extremely knowledgeable and investigated an issue caused by the weather. I would be pleased to have him at another time service was needed. He made me feel extremely comfortable with performing the services.
Nic was very helpful in trying to find out where the leak was. He was able to determine where it probably was, but unfortunately, due to the time of the day he was not able to do anything about it. But he did everything in his power that he could do. The leak turned out to be a bigger issue than we would have…
Kenny gave me suggestions, including how to find a part to do it myself.
Our Navien recirculating hot water heating system sale and installation was a big success! Matthew answered all of our questions pre-sale and once we confirmed the purchase the system was installed two days later. The installation looks good and is neat and orderly. Full jobsite clean-up, including hauling away old…
Excellent. Explained what needed to be done. Offered some suggestions. Glad that he will be returning tomorrow to do the work.

Jesse and Recindo were great to work with. Both are highly professional and certainly know the plumbing business. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and how they explained exactly what they were doing. Andrew was polite and got to the job very quickly and was able to problem solve a clean up they would not budge. He finished the job quickly! I was surprised how expensive the job was but, Al Coronado quickly got a technician to me. Overall very satisfied.
Over priced, takes advantage of women who know little about plumbing. Service was overpriced 900 hundred dollars for a very small leak. Don't waste your time calling these over priced 😔😡😔😔😔😔
Great and knowledgeable technician.
Kenny was extremely helpful and made wonderful suggestions. In addition, it was a pleasure to work with him ! Install of outdoor shower was flawless.

Professional, kind and very helpful 👍everyone who has been working so hard on my home has been amazing. White glove service all the way. I love how they made me feel like i mattered and not "just a job".
My home is undergoing major plumbing, piping and sewer repairs. Johnny, Adrian, Cisco and Dominic are very knowledgeable technicians who have done outstanding work. They communicate with me throughout the day and explain what they are doing, why and how the repair will be made. They answer all my questions and tidy…
Called because my shower drains were backed up. Service was great and the plumber they sent out was kind and knowledgeable. He was in and out in just about an hour. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting to pay for this type of job but other than that everything was great.
The job had several pieces and there were several parts glitches along the way which resulted in delays and much increased costs. Jesse’s work was fine but he was more concerned about making money and getting paid than finding less costly solutions. Tended to try to upsell and expand the scope of the repair originally requested.
36 years of owning homes and dealing with different plumbing Companies, I have never had anyone as professional as Kenneth. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company from the first phone call until the end of the visit. I Definitely be using Al Coronado, plumbing for all of my future needs.
Kenneth was able to do the job earlier than scheduled, it was an emergency main line blockage, so that was appreciated. He did the job quickly, was clean and professional.

Excellent company! Both times I've used them, they have responded to my call right away and come out within an hour to assess my situation -- as we know, timing is critical with leaking plumbing. The first time was last year, I had a toilet that leaked and wouldn't flush. Another company told me I had to tear up…
Leo was fantastic! Prompt, friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. We’ll be asking for him next time!
Jesse is a true professional!
Kenny came out today to inspect for a leak. He assessed system, & determined that water softener installed by another company had failed, with discharge of water running constantly. Jesse was great. Very polite and professional.
We had Briar initially come out to assess the problem. Was very thorough and knowledgably. Gave us two different estimates, depending on the size of the PRV to be replaced. Then scheduled another appointment for the next technician, John, to come and do the work. John was here on time, kpet me informed as to what he…
Overall outstanding. A little high priced but worth it to us. In the past they have replaced polybutylene pipes and installed water heater and a toilet. I had a plumbing crisis on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. While I was a frustrated by the fact they were closed on Sunday and did not offer 24/7 service,…
