I had an emergency and Al Coronado had a service rep at my home within hours of my call to them. After the first service technician determined that my 15 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced I was devastated as my family was coming to visit from out of town that night. The service tech, Andy, did…
I have lived in Tucson for many years and have experienced a number of plumbers. This is the best plumbing company I have ever been exposed to. Not only are they professional, but the men they hire are polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I am thankful to Andrew, their boss, for hiring such high caliber people. It is…
Charles Head did a great job. He called to let me know when he'd be here, did the work quickly and professionally, explaining as he went very personably. He was careful to not bring in dirt on his shoes. I could not imagine better service. You are fortunate to have this excellent employee!
Feb 5, 2025. Adrian Pizano serviced our home and hot water heater today. My husband and I are extremely pleased. 2 years ago we hired Al Coronado Plumbing(see older part of this post) for their excellent reputation. And we were not disappointed with Adrian Pizano. He exemplifies the best of Al Coronado Plumbing.…
Jasper was a total professional. He answered all my questions, before any work was done. Don't hesitate to call Al Coronado plumbing for any job.
Jasper was amazing! He quickly sized up the issue, showed us exactly how the repair would need to be made, and got us a quote. We had asked for a new water heater. He proved that we would not need one but gave a quote anyway in addition to what we needed. Cummings said that the house would need to be repiped.…

We experienced a problem with our toilet leaking water at the base. We had our house completely replumbed, and it was under warranty. They were fast, clean and it was covered under warranty, did not cost a dime. Thank you Al Coronado plumbing
My mom Alexander Soto actually needed a new water heater. Thanks from Andy that did all the paper for the new water heater and it was actually put in on Monday June 12, 2023 .

Called on a Saturday morning and was told that someone could be out later in the morning. Alex called when he was on his way. He was courteous and professional. Very professional and fast service
Great service. Good spokesman for your company. He'll own his own one day or takeover yours. Good guy, very knowledgeable.
Alex, is so easy to work with. Very helpful and I will definitely call him if I have any plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from repair person Charley Chaney. Professional and very organized and tidy.
Eli came to help with a water heater repair and he was punctual and very professional and he explained everything that was going to happen and exactly how much it would cost. He was diligent in fixing the problem and even after it was still leaking he came back and made sure it was 100% before leaving!! Highly recommend this business!!
Technician very professional was able to make the water heater work on the same day I had hot water with no other issues, kudos 👏 for Alex for a great job well done!
Al coronado rocks, Xavier and Jesus and Neil and Ron, great team. The whole package!
Alex was professional and helpful. He answered several questions about other plumbing issues in the house for us as well. We'll use them again.
I have never been exposed to water heater installations whether in a large area or small one. The entire repair pre-installation and post-installation took 2.5 days with 2 technicians; they did not work as a “team”, rather 1 and then the 2nd one. The water heater these gentlemen installed is a work of art as was…

Many thanks to Marty O. for his service today on the faucets and shower head in one of the bathrooms and also draining/flushing the hot water heater. I watched much of the work and consider his work very professional so next time we need some work, send Marty. Dennis Pugh Tucson/Rita Ranch
