Honest, dependable and find any problems quickly. They are spot on mechanics🥰
Very friendly and helpful staff. I lost a frost plug and all the coolant leaked out. They were able to get my car in for service in a timely manner and made the repair quickly at a reasonable cost. The mechanics are knowledgeable and I would recommend this shop for any repairs.

I live out of town and my daughter had some pretty major car issues. I called Al's and was extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish. Not only did they do great work, they're ability to get her car in on short notice and they're communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend Al's. I really appreciate the service I received on my car, it was also really nice receiving notifications for my car before and after my appointment. So I know how my car is doing, and making sure we are on the same page. It really makes me feel better that they are looking into things on my car, and being honest about what needs to be done. I also appreciate them fitting me into their schedule, I understand that they have a lot going on.

Hi June, sorry to hear that the A/C is acting up now. When we looked at the Civic the A/C was working at the time and the freon level was full. We did note we would need to see it acting up to diagnose.

Came in to.have my oil topped off and was talking with the gentleman and what it got when checking my oil to what he got.. it was very helpful information... he did a very good job helping me and explained everything as well..
