Doing great work but the lady at the desk was very unpleasant and rude. Probably because I interrupted her text message and streaming of someone fixing a car. Great work poor customer service.
Professional and kind. Surgeries went amazing and healing has been great!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed assistance with bringing my 100 pound dog in. They came to my car and helped me once I got her out the car. Thank you again!
I’ve had 3 pets spayed/neutered at this facility. The service was satisfactory. However, the staff needs a crash in office/customer service etiquette. The moment I dropped off my kitten the staff’s attitude was horrible and treated me as if my mere presence was an irritation. Then, when it came to pickup I was met with unnecessary hostility. I appreciate the service but not the treatment.

I brought my comolex rescue dog in to get fixed at the alabama animal alliance. He was not ever properly socialized and is occasionally animal aggressive. He also doesn't like strangers. The staff there and I came up with a plan prior to drop off to ensure that everybody and all animals remained safe. Moose surprisingly did amazing at drop off so we got to skip the muzzle. Shortly after drop off, we got a phone call and they recommended that he gets an ablasion because he is such a big boy. I didn't know what that was, and they explained it in great detail and let me know the benefits to my dog if we were to proceed with it, though there was no pressure or guilt if it was something I wasn't prepared to afford. I'm thankful that they recommended that because his healing process went so smoothly, just like they said it would. Moose was not as friendly upon pickup. The staff allowed me to go out back and put his collar and leash on him and walk him outside. They ensured, all animals and people were safe and we were able to skip out on the muzzle on our way out the door as well. I'm thankful that they gave him a chance even though in the kennel, he was being a bit unhinged. They were so kind, patient and understanding of my rescue dog's situation and worked hard with me to make sure that he did not have any added trauma because of this visit. I have since rescued two more animals, and they will both be going back to alabama animal alliance as soon as it's time for them to be fixed. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. You can't beat the price that's for sure and the quality of care and compassion they offer the animals is unmatched. Not all heroes wear capes.

I have had one dog and one cat fixed there and their shots, they're absolutely Wonderful My newest pup will be spayed on August 4 along with her shots, I'm on a fixed income and I do appreciate this place and I know they definitely love these fur babies

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Rachel, the doc and her staff. They mean it when they say there are here for you u til your baby heals. This is the 4th dog I have had fixed here, and I recommend them to any and everyone who asks. The prices, the system to check in, and all of the staff are nothing short of AMAZING.
