Not that impressed with their cleaning job. My carpets still looked stained.
Hey Kristen, thank you so much for sharing your experience and taking the time to write this review. Im glad you enjoyed your service; we look forward to cleaning for you again in the future! - Aladdin
It's been years since we've had our carpets cleaned and Rubin with Aladdin did an amazing job! In the past our previous cleaners left so much moisture in the rugs that they were "wavy" until finally drying. Never had that issue here. Amanda with scheduling was very nice and able to fit me into a cancellation earlier than our scheduled visit. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Aladdin and his team were lights out! Couldn’t be happier with the whole process -start to finish. Always available and informative with their work through it all. End result was top notch. 5 stars all day!
Very thorough, friendly and respectful. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.
Second time using Aladdin’s carpet cleaning! Absolutely amazing service! Our carpets look brand new—quick, professional, and super friendly. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Great company. They were able to remove stains that other companies claimed were permanent. My technician was very knowledgeable and kind. Will only use Aladdin going forward.
Ben arrived right on time. He brought all his equipment up to my apartment and got to work immediately. He was thorough, and efficient. The carpets he cleaned look brand new! I recommend Aladdin cleaning service for their reasonable prices, attention to detail, and efficiency.
These guys are great. They answer the phones, very courteous and do an excellent job. Forget Stanley Steamer!
Hey Jane, thank you so much for appreciating the small details in the service that we offer. We want this to be an easy and enjoyable process, so we go out of our way to provide that. We look forward to cleaning for you again! - Aladdin
Super amazing and easy to work with and quick and amazing service. We can’t wait to roll out our very old, but now pristine oriental rug! Such a great guy and we can’t wait to get the rest of our rugs cleaned. They got the rug the same day and did a great job at commutating. Thanks again!
Thank you Shauna! This review means a lot to us. You have a gorgeous oriental rug with a very unique color. We were honored to be chosen as the trusted company to clean it for you. Please enjoy it! - Aladdin
