Eric was very helpful with my gaming PC. He took the time to test the components, figure out what was wrong, and explain the issues clearly. He kept me updated and walked me through the replacement options. I really appreciate his thoroughness and communication. Now my PC running great and updated my drivers too. Thank you, Eric!
Fixed in a day and laptop working great. Thanks Eric.
The experience was great and the repair was fast.
Computer with 1.3 TB of data crashed, saying "hard drive not detected." I brought it with a replacement computer and **everything** was transferred. I turned it on and there was my original screen wallpaper, file setups, pretty much everything except needing to download Adobe again. He's a magician!

I had a great experience with Alafia Computers! I brought my desktop in to have a new power supply installed, and they did an excellent job. The service was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they made sure everything was installed properly and working as it should. It’s great to find a local computer shop that provides quality work and makes the whole process easy. My PC is back up and running perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future upgrades or repairs. Highly recommended!
Eric at Alafia Computers is not just an expert computer builder, he is an artisan at the craft. He has been my custom desktop builder since my enrollment in two back-to-back nursing doctoral degree programs many years ago. My custom desktop was my vital link to my courses and dissertation research, and Eric’s computer never failed me. It was a workhorse that lasted me until well into my faculty teaching career. Faced with the rapidly expanding digital world of teaching online graduate courses in academia, I needed to upgrade to a fully professional-grade and forward-capable desktop. So, once again my computer artisan came through with a custom-built, screamingly fast and expandable desktop that easily takes every cyber curve rapidly expanding software changes throw at it. If you need your computers built or maintained by a world-class craftsman, Alafia Computers is the only place to come. Dr. M in Riverview
Great experience! They replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro and had the work completed on time, exactly as promised. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back if I have another issue and highly recommend them!
Woke up to the desktop I use for work/school/gaming booting only to the Bios with no workaround. This was the first place I checked and Im very very happy I did. Super quick drop off in the morning, within the same morning he had found the problem and texted me all the information about it, as well as the solution he was going to use. And I was able to have it repaired and back home within the same day. Owner was a great and nice guy, had a lovely dog that helped me safely pack up the PC. I highly recommend this place!
I had a great experience with Alafia Computers. Eric was awesome from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer, clearly explained what was wrong, and gave me a very reasonable price to get everything taken care of. What impressed me most was his knowledge and willingness to help beyond just the repair. He gave me some great advice about future computer purchases and what I should look for based on my needs. Most importantly, he was able to save all of my files, which I thought I might have lost forever. Eric is a wealth of knowledge, honest, professional, and extremely helpful. It's hard to find this level of service anymore. I would absolutely recommend Alafia Computers to anyone needing computer repair or advice, and they will definitely be my first call for anything computer-related in the future.
